The Huawei P30 Pro and the Xiaomi Mi 9 are premium cell phones with photographic sets that catch the eye of the public.
While the Huawei smartphone has four sensors, one of them is 3D, the Xiaomi model features the triple camera system with 48 megapixels.
The models are an option for those who are traveling abroad and think of bringing a new phone with you, since Anatel does not allow importing smartphones via the Post Office.
Screen and design
The two phones have the same look on the front, thanks to the notch in the shape of a drop, except for the sides, which are curved on the cell phone of Huawei – feature also present in the Galaxy S10.
The Huawei smartphone has a larger screen, 6.47 inches compared to the Mi9, 6.39 inches. The expectation is that both deliver good quality images on a daily basis.
As for colors, the Huawei P30 Pro has five options, being black, blue, red, white and green. The Xiaomi Mi 9 can be found in black, blue and violet finishes.
The main highlight of the Huawei P30 Pro is the camera, considered one of the best in the world, according to the specialized website DxOMark.
The quadruple set features 40 megapixel (f / 1.6 aperture), 20 MP (wide-angle and f / 2.2), 8 MP (telephoto and f / 3.4) and 3D sensors for photos with popular Portrait Mode.
Performance and storage
The two smartphones bring what is more powerful today. That way, with the advanced datasheets, the expectation is that both deliver good performance even in games and heavier apps, for example.
Among the specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 9 are the Snapdragon 855 processor and 6 GB RAM. The Huawei P30 Pro has the Kirin 980 and RAM of 6 GB or 8 GB, which tends to give more performance to the phone of Huawei.
In addition to the expectation of a full day of use away from the power outlet, the phone lets you charge other devices without the need for wires, as well as the Galaxy S10’s Wireless PowerShare.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 comes to market with component of 3,300 mAh. According to the manufacturer, the smartphone is the first in the world to rely on wireless recharge of 20 W.
Both phones leave the factory with Android 9 (Foot). Despite the similarity, each one counts on its own graphic interface, with modifications and own apps of the manufacturer.
Price and availability
Overseas, the global edition of the Xiaomi Mi 9 was presented in February 2019. The price ranges from 300 euros.
